Role: Marketing & Operations Manager

What I did: Joined Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Sunset in September 2025 and rebuilt the store's marketing and operations structure from the ground up. The environment was reactive and untracked with no consistent performance measurement, no structured promotional calendar, no customer retention system.

What I built: Performance dashboards tracking weekly KPIs. A promotional calendar with structured offers across acquisition and retention. Branded creative assets such as flyers, in-store materials, digital content, tied to specific campaign goals rather than general awareness. Rebooking and retail attachment experiments to improve customer lifetime value.

What it produced: Monthly revenue increased from approximately $28,000 to $38,000 between September 2025 and February 2026, a 36% increase in five months. The growth came from a combination of new customer acquisition and improved retention of existing customers through more consistent communication and offer structure.
